Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges:
CFES will accept returns/exchanges if received within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) or RMA, and in new undamaged re-saleable condition along with the original packaging. Customer order errors will incur a 15% re-stocking fee and/or administrative fees and the return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Please phone 250-494-5355, or 1-877-494-5355 to receive an RA# or RMA.
Do not return the item until an RA# or RMA has been issued. The issuance of an RA# or RMA does not guarantee that merchandise will be accepted by CFES as all merchandise will be inspected and must be returned unused and in resalable condition.
Shipping damages must be reported directly to the courier within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Return shipping fees must be covered by the customer. CFES does not warranty any products.
Please note the following exceptions: * All bathing suit sales are final. * All first aid sales are final, unless damaged during shipping. * All books, videos, charts and DVD sales are final. * Discounted samples, clear out, promotional, embroidered or decorated items are not returnable. *A 15% restocking and/or administrative fees may be charged on certain items. * Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Online Course Refund Policy
Withdrawals More Than 10 Days Before Course Start
For withdrawals submitted in writing at least 10 days before the course start date:
• Full tuition refund
• Less a $40 non-refundable administration fee
• Less any hard copy resource fees, shipping costs, and taxes incurred
Withdrawals Less Than 10 Days Before Course Start
For withdrawals submitted in writing less than 10 days before the course start date:
• 50% tuition refund
• Less any hard copy resource fees, shipping costs, and taxes incurred
Late Withdrawals
No refunds will be given for withdrawals submitted less than 48 hours before the course start time. This policy is strictly enforced without exception.
Course Transfers
Students may request, in writing, to transfer to the next scheduled online course within one year of the original registration date at no additional cost. Note: All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
